Pregnant... which classes to
take...?
Choose between the three different types we have:
Fast forward
(2 x 3hour saturdays)
Babies and Beyond
(5 group + 1 private sessions)
Natural birth classes
(6 group sessions)
Pick the style you would prefer, the time of the
day/week etc, we will be sure to accommodate all your needs.
Our continuous care during antenatal and postnatal periods is
designed to give everyone a full access to personalized assistance
at all times.
We suggest to
start classes around week 24-30
Birth Breathing with Hulda
In addition to regular classes,
we suggest regular attendance to our BIRTH BREATHING sessions for
mothers to practice breathing and positions for birth, -
run every other Friday morning from 10-11 30.
...and then:
Postnatal care
We follow up our parents from
the antenatal classes with series of postnatal homevisits, to ensure
breastfeeding and all the other new things to learn can be done with
confidence.
