Once a booking has been made and payment received, all payments are
non-refundable.
All packages are to be paid fully in advance. Classes require a $1,000
deposit to secure a place.

Many insurance companies cover our services so please prepare
appropriate forms for us to sign when you book the services.
Postnatal packages are to be used within the first 12 weeks after
birth. After that, a consultation will be done in our clinic.

Annerley is committed to providing excellent services
to its
clients and
as far as possible will ensure continuity of carer.
In the event that a carer is absent or ill a colleague will be assigned
to take over the services, and will in such cases ensure the same
quality of the service provided.
