Before receiving help from Deborah at Annerley my husband and I were stuck in survival mode with our baby.. with none of us having slept for 7mths.   The advice from Drs had been "she must be hungry feed her more", and "she will grow out of it when she ...is 3mths, 6mths, eating solids, crawling".. After those milestones past and our little girl was up at least three times per night .. and would only nap for 20mins if I walked for miles with her in the pushchair.. we thought why aren't we enjoying parenthood?  A new friend mentioned Annerley.. I emailed that day!!We were given a very individual new routine for our baby.. everything was very positive.   She made slow steady progress.. there were no overnight miracles, but 7weeks later and our baby has three naps in her cot during the day and sleeps from 7pm till 6.30am.  I have more energy to play with her and no longer fear the night ahead.  Thank you so much Deborah.  Mrs Bains 2010
