Priscilla Pang and Brady 2008

Brady had been sleeping very well and slept through the night until 11 months old.  When he started crawling and teething at 11 months, he started to wake up a few times at night, crying. He used to be able to fall asleep alone, but since 11 months, he would stand up when I tried to leave his room and cried. At day time naps, he also had to be rocked to sleep in a rocking chair. I had read Gina Ford's book and made adjustments to Brady's naps and feeding schedule, but it only helped for a short 2 days. I tried controlled crying and it was terrible, I was so frustrated until I met Deborah. She was very helpful in designing a routine that was suitable to Brady. With only a few adjustments to his daily routine and taking small steps at a time, we successfully eliminated night feeds. Brady was eating more during day time by just a few days.  He was able to sleep through the night in 1 week from 8pm to 7am, without needing to do any controlled crying. Deborah also suggested ways that we can correct his bad habit of using the rocking chair. By 2 weeks, he is very comfortable to be put down to bed and sleep on his own. During this process, it was very important for me to have a professional like Deborah to reassure and give me the confidence to help Brady.  Brady is now eating and sleeping very well again and back to the happy baby he used to be!

Thank you so much again, Deborah!
