Life after birth - 2 hour workshop
What will I learn?
A 2 hour session, designed and conducted one of our midwives or health
vistors. This session is for those who are participants of the
hypnobirthing courses and wish to get familiar with what awaits them once
their baby is actually born! Also, anyone that has not finished any
antenatal classes but wishes to learn about the following topics:
What is it like to have your own baby
Baby care in the first days
The baby's environment at home
Equipment
Registration
Immunization and baby checks
Child development
Baby blues and postnatal depression
The new family - how can fathers enjoy an active role in parenting
