The Hypnobirthing totally worked, the labour was just under 5 and a half hours with no pain relief whatsoever. The midwives and staff at the hospital were amazing, completely respecting our birth preferences. The labour was so quick; Piya nearly arrived before our doctor got to the delivery room! We are now going around recommending Hypno to anyone and everyone that listens!
