Are you moving to Hong Kong and need advise about our baby/pregnancy support?  Or do you have limited time, but need to ask questions regarding your pregnancy and birth?  We offer 30 minute consultations with one of our midwives where we can answer all of your urgent questions.  Saves time and money, and we are very flexible with timing of those sessions.  Additionally, they can be good for fathers who want to have limited time, but would like to ask some questions. 

First time parents:  Best of Both antenatal care package (if birth in a public hospital), Antenatal classes (natural birth, babies&beyond or express), 2–3 birth breathing sessions, 5 postnatal home visits. 
Second time parents:  Best of Both antenatal care package (if birth in a public hospital), Second time refresher course or natural birth course, birth breathing session and 3 postnatal home visits.
